When you choose “Sign in with Google” in a Gildweave panel, this service asks Google to confirm who you are and passes the confirmation back to that panel.
We ask only for the basic scopes: openid, email and profile. We never see your Google password and get no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or other data.
Only to sign you in to the Gildweave panel you started from. The panel signs in an existing account with the same email address. Your email address and Google account ID are passed only to that panel, in a signed message that is valid for 60 seconds.
This service stores nothing about you on disk. An unfinished sign-in is held in memory for at most 5 minutes and then deleted. The panel you sign in to keeps your Google account ID next to your account, so its owner can see that your account is connected to Google.
We do not sell or share your data and do not use it for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can always sign in with your password instead. You can remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have the connection removed from a panel, ask that panel's owner.
